Our partner network:
Software & hardware
in perfect harmony

Offering the best intralogistics software on the market — that is SYNAOS's claim. We are proud to work with established and innovative AGV and AMR providers who are leaders in their fields. By intelligently combining expertise from both worlds, we have the ideal solution for our customers.

Industry-leading
Partner network

The SYNAOS Intralogistics Management Platform is completely vendor-independent by design. To connect hardware, we use standardized communication interfaces (e.g. VDA 5050). We are currently working successfully with the following partners:

The SYNAOS VDA 5050 onboarding for partners:
In 9 steps to secure technical compatibility

Our VDA 5050 onboarding is structured and simple. During the process, we provide our partners with helpful documents and tools. Since we are a SaaS company, we provide our partners with a test instance of our platform via cloud to support interface implementation with simulators and real vehicles.

After successful completion of the VDA 5050 onboarding process, the vehicles can be easily integrated into customer projects. In addition, we are always on the lookout for joint projects and evaluate joint sales activities with our partners.
We know what we're talking about: SYNAOS was part of the working group developing the VDA 5050 active. We are now supporting new Mobile Robot partners and connecting them to our platform with our onboarding program using the VDA 5050 communication standard. And that in just a few weeks!

We have developed a structured process so that the onboarding of your partners on our platform based on the VDA 5050 is smooth and error-free. We go through and test these nine steps together.

The 9 onboarding steps
on Tech Stream

01. Establishing basic communication
The basis for successful integration is the synchronization of the map model. In addition, in the first phase, we look at the State Topic and the Visualization Topic.
02. Simple travel orders
The mobile robot accepts orders and acknowledges them. The mobile robot follows the described path of nodes and edges.
03. Order updates
The third phase is about the horizon of orders and order updates.
04. Action processing
This is about executing actions. We start by treating actions on nodes.
05. Node and edge attributes
The orders now contain parameters of nodes and edges, such as Orientation or MaxSpeed. The mobile robot takes these parameters into account when driving.
06. Cancellation of orders
Orders can now be canceled. This step also covers the behavior of the mobile robot in the event of an order cancellation.
07. Error Handling
The mobile robot rejects invalid orders. When errors occur, a distinction is made between warnings and fatal errors. An error catalog is created.
08. Energy management
The mobile robot reports the current battery level. He also accepts the order to charge the battery and performs the action.
09. Advanced action processing
The last phase involves actions on edges. After acceptance and confirmation, the mobile robot performs actions as it crosses the corresponding edge.
